By accessing or using the Webcoin Labs website, waitlist, documentation, dashboard, communications, or beta features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and at least 18 years old. If you use Webcoin Labs for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, review, an invitation, a pass, an introduction, or any outcome.
• Beta features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, suspended, or discontinued without notice.
• The planned Q4 2026 public-tools rollout is a roadmap and not a binding release commitment.
• You must provide accurate information and keep private dashboard and verification links confidential.

You may not misuse Webcoin Labs, interfere with the service, bypass controls, scrape or resell directory data, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or deceptive content, automate fake activity, create fraudulent referrals, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use the platform to spam or harass others.

• Credits are promotional points only and have no monetary, token, airdrop, ownership, investment, or financial value.
• Credits and passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold, purchased, redeemed, or exchanged.
• Referral and task rewards require the stated verified action and may be reviewed for abuse.
• Webcoin Labs may correct technical mistakes, reverse fraudulent activity, change reward rules, or end a promotion.
• Founder Pass and Builder Pass are access credentials, not financial products or guarantees of services.

Directory access and introductions depend on relevance, consent, readiness, and availability. Webcoin Labs does not guarantee a response, meeting, partnership, investment, fundraising result, employment result, or other outcome and does not endorse a listed participant merely by displaying or matching them.

You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You grant Webcoin Labs a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the services. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, provided it does not identify you publicly without permission.

The services, branding, documentation, software, designs, and original materials are owned by Webcoin Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may use the documentation for your internal, lawful use of the service.

Webcoin Labs may link to or rely on third-party email, hosting, database, analytics, monitoring, social, ecosystem, or network services. Their products and policies are controlled by them. Webcoin Labs is not responsible for third-party services or decisions.

The services and documentation are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Webcoin Labs does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, business success, funding, compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing provided is legal, tax, investment, accounting, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webcoin Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from the services. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Webcoin Labs may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address abuse or security risk, enforce these Terms, or operate the beta. You may stop using the service at any time and can request account-data deletion subject to applicable retention duties.

These Terms may be updated as Webcoin Labs develops. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
